Lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. She did my title transfer very quickly and was decently prized for the service.
‼️DO NOT GO HERE.‼️ Kathy, the woman behind the desk, is one of (if not the) rudest, most arrogant people I’ve ever met. I walked in pleasantly and explained what I was there for. Well, I tried to speak, but she cut me off, and the interaction was downhill from there. I wish I read the other reviews before going here. They need to teach this woman a lesson and fire her. It’s astounding the reviews I am now seeing from years past mentioning this woman by name, and nothing has been done about it.
The older lady behind the desk w the greyish blond brown hair w glasses wore a blue shirt today is rude. She works in customer service her job is to be polite.
I went here for the first time today in need of help to get my car back on the road and had the pleasure of dealing with Kathy who assisted me with getting me the information i needed and guided me through the process of the steps to get there. She went above and beyond to make sure i had the correct phone numbers and gave me a realistic idea of what to expect all the while being very encouraging and pleasant. Kathy is the most unprofessional, stubborn and rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a title and tag. Should be fired for how she talks to her customers completely uncalled for how she talks to people.
