This place is never open during business hours its always a coinflip if they decide to show up. Always waiting in a 3 person line for over an hour the workers are always rude or attitudy and the place smells like smoke. Closest tags place but I think im officially done.
Exceptional personal service for a title transfer and registration. I even picked up an easy pass here ! Thanks.. will be back whenever I need the service.

Poor customer service! My husband and son went to get a title transfer and the lady who was there this morning was just miserable and yelled at my son and husband for asking questions. I don't recommend anyone going here.
If I could leave no star I would, the women behind the desk was very rude and just and a nasty attitude today. I was getting my papers together that were supposed to be signed in front of a notary, she says to me “ well I’m still waiting for you ID” . At this point I didn’t even want her to fax my papers and if the notary person was at UPS I would have done all my business with them. I will never give this place another penny again!!!
