Kathy that works there is the worst employee you ever want to have running a business. Owners should be embarrassed but will do nothing to resolve it. They say email or call and still this nasty foul mouth lady still works there. I understand you cant find help these days but i would rather close the doors than have this unprofessional run my business.

Once I got through the terrible old cigarette smell, I was greated by a very unpleasant woman, I had questions and because I didn't know the information, she outright laughed at me. Like LOL'd. She made me feel terrible and belittled. I've never witnessed this type of service at any establishment, ever. Save yourself time and a headache, and go elsewhere.

If i could leave zero stars I would. Today was the second time I tried to use Leonards . I was giving them another shot after the last disappointing trip there. The woman behind the counter takes ignorant to a whole new level. SHE may know what all the rules and regulations are, but most of us are there because WE do not. This place is never open during business hours its always a coinflip if they decide to show up. Always waiting in a 3 person line for over an hour the workers are always rude or attitudy and the place smells like smoke. Closest tags place but I think im officially done.
