I can’t make a positive recommendation to use Leonard’s. On face value, we were treated respectfully, and we received prompt scheduling for our furnace. However, estimates are not free and rolling the charge into provided services before knowing the cost makes it difficult to shop around. We decided to go with a less costly repair for our furnace but to our knowledge the estimate cost was never incorporated into the repair since the estimate was originally for a new system.
