The Dr himself is not bad. He just barely remembers me so I have to remind him of my situation every time I go. His front staff however is very cold and do not care about the patients. Diane is the one that stands out the most. I’ve never been so appalled at a receptionist before. She did not make an effort to help me at all, I had an appointment that they did not write down and she did not even ask anyone in her team she just outright said she didn’t know how to help me. The guy scheduled an appt for 9:30am, pushed it to 9:45, and then wasn't at the office for the appt. Made me take a half day off work for nothing. Would not do televisit for a followup on test results. Then PA wanted to do another EKG when I already did one with my primary physician for a physical the week before. Awful.
Dr. Saulle is fairly new to me as he stepped in for Dr. Mittle, who is also an excellent doctor. Although I miss Dr. Mittle, Dr. Saulle has been a good replacement. He does listen which I appreciate very much and he focuses in on the concerns expressed by the patient. He is thorough and honest. I like that especially the honesty part ie tell it like it is. I look forward to having him ad my cardiologist for quite some time.
Dr Saulle is a great Doctor. He's very complete and most tests can be done right in his office; which makes it a lot easier. He is very easy to talk to and always answers all my questions and explains things very well. I feel lucky to have him as my Doctor and know that I'm being well taken care of.
