Judi was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful when I was buying my Grand Seiko, taking the time to answer all my questions and make the process easy. I had a lot of watches I was considering and she was happy to let me try and retry all the watches until I felt comfortable with my choice! Went in to buy my first luxury watch. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. At no point did I ever feel any pressure. Went in twice and the staff was very patient and allowed me to try on multiple items and helped guide my decision. Very happy with the overall service and my new timepiece!
I went to Leonardo’s nervous and uneducated about buying an engagement ring. I was greeted better here than at family parties lol everyone was so caring and hospitable. They really took me under their wing to best guide me in to the direction I was looking for. Pricing was unbelievable especially in today’s world.
