Absolutely ridiculous office. Called to inform we would be 10 min late due to traffic, and was told they won’t see my son “who has screaming ear pain”. Next available appt was 2 weeks out. Yet I’ve waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time waiting to see dr. Because he was running behind. Poor excuse for patient care and the office and provider should be ashamed of them selves.
Dr Cavello is the best ENT ive seen several in the past ! I trust him wholeheartedly! Went to him for sleep apena he had me to a sleep study to determine if i was a good candidate for the inspire sleep therapy fortunately i was then did a sleep endoscopy on me and finally implanted the inspire in my chest ive only been using it for two weeks now and feel so much better !! Thank you Doc ! Also his staff is top notch !! Especially ASHLEY
He was so nice and thorough. I haven’t even started the treatment yet and already feel better.
Have had Dr Covello do a number of procedures on me…especially 2 neck surgeries for melanoma years ago. He is absolutely the best you’ll ever find. A+++
