My key faub lock on the back glass quit working so I took it back and they fixed it. Later it went out again so I called back and asked about the warranty. Evidently they dont want to warranty that “not even 1 year old”. The guy said he will call leer and check,I never heard back from them. So I traced the wiring to the connection and they used cheap connectors that kept coming apart. I guess if you want something done right anymore you need to do it yourself.
I was having some issues with my trailer lighting. I stopped by to see if they could work or look at. A tech came and did a quick look at the trailer and found a broke wire. He fixed the wire very quickly. Good friendly customer service.
After having some issues with rust in my truck bed due to a drop-in plastic bedliner, I decided to get a spray-in liner after I made the repairs to the rust. Took it to Leonard Truck outfitters and was able to get an appointment pretty quick, and it took about 3-4 hours or so. Very pleased with the results. 2002 Toyota Tundra
I had ordered wrong size hitch for my truck. Called them after 4 weeks when I finally got time to stop in attaché the new hitch and realized it was wrong. Called them and they gladly traded for the correct size since the first one had never been used.
