Ordered a Leer topper on 5 May, I called on 20 July for a status and was told it had arrived last Thursday, I expected a call when the topper arrived. Made an appointment for install; on the day of my appointment, I waited for 15 minutes for someone to assist me, no one was in the office/showroom. July 11, 2026 Absolutely terrible experience. Your website says you're open until 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:50 PM, and the doors were already locked. I could clearly see an employee inside, but he wouldn't even bother opening the door or talking to me. To make it even worse, I called your store multiple times throughout the day, and nobody answered the phone.
