Original plan was to replace the garage roof due to damage from winter, but it turned into a bigger project due to additional problems found by an engineer and the codes dept. We ended up doing a complete tear down/rebuild. We opted for a 30x34 pole barn garage for 2 cars and are happy with how it turned out. Jason and his team were flexible with the changes and all the difficulties that came with getting approvals for the new build. Great team to work with. Had our residential windows replaced. Great communication and the pricing was incredibly attractive. Would recommend 100%.
So pleased with all of their work. Log cabin with rot on some ends, fixed. Painted house, breezeway, garage , new floor in small shed and new concrete pad outside door. They picked up all the debris and cleaned window on shed due to concrete dust. Very easy to work with. I will hire them again if need be,
Jason and his crew updated four bathrooms in our old family farm house. I had a great experience from start to finish. Great communication and quality work. I'll definately call on Leonard & Son's again!
