Terrible experience. Made appointment, checked in did all paperwork. Showed up and they're closed/not located at the location anymore they moved. They canceled our appointment without notice and moved! Switched doctors.

I started seeing Dr. Schindler about 7 years ago. He seemed like a nice man and I continued going to him. When I sick during 2020, I was told by his office do not come in because your symptoms are too close to Covid and we won’t take you. Some doctor. Whenever I needed a sick visit, I was always told no one can see you until next week or later. It was never same day or even next day. So, I was never able to see him for a sick visit. My parents had been seeing Dr. Schindel since he graduated from medical school, about 40 years. Most recently my father took ill and was hospitalized. My mom was a wreck and reached out to the doctor to see if he could provide some help or guidance. He spoke with a person who took a message on June 29. She didn’t receive a call back from anyone from the office until July 5th. When she got the call back, she was told “the doctor doesn’t call patients”. Some practice.
