I am almost at the end of my pregnancy, with only 4 more weeks to go or so. Dr. Fagan is a wonderful doctor with awesome bedside manners. He makes appointments feel comfortable and as if I was catching up with an old friend or family member while making sure everything medically is taken care of. The nurse he has on staff in his Kenosha office is great too, she's swift and accurate and makes you feel at home as well! I can not ay enough good things and what a relief to have found such a gem of a doctor. After our family/primary/OB doc retired it took almost 3 years to find a doctor that had the same standards. Basically the standards of treating your patients as if they were your owned loved ones and that is the care you will receive, attentive, patient, educates, gives options and respects your decisions. There is no greater blessing than having a doctor you trust with your whole heart!

I totally agree with the rest of the people. Dr Fagan is great,but there's not a positive thing to say about the receptionists....

I had been a patient with Dr Fagan for a very long time . He is a great Doctor but his office staff has not ever been taught the term Like to Refer and that there jobs are insured by patients returning. His staff forget they are his assistance NOT the Dr himself. I think his office needs to be educated that in this day in age your working for your patient,and there are plenty of Dr offices that understand that, especially that nurses in that offices.

Dr. Fagen is the nicest most caring Doctor I have ever met! He has a fantastic bedside manner and knows his stuff! He knew something wasn't right with me and right away sent me to Froedert... Dr Fagen saved my life. I highly recommend dr Fagen for anyone looking for a new OBgyn ..

My experience with Dr. Fagan was mostly positive. He listened to my concerns and questions and gave honest, informative answers. He did do a lot of talking himself though and sometimes was redundant. I was most disappointed with his office staff though. Neither receptionists, nurses, or administrative staff were especially friendly or helpful. Also, the billing system for his firm is a bit wonky and we were asked to find a new doctor when we questioned his billing department with our concerns.
