I left 1 star because i went on a few occasions to the store and they were closed during thier scheduled business hours. I realize things come up so my wife called before making the trip there to see if they would be open regular business hours that day. She was told yes. Her and my daughter drove all the way across town in the snow and guess what? They were closed again during their scheduled business hours. Perhaps it's just a coincidence that all the times we try to go there it's closed or possibly this a common practice?... read more

Awesome! They had quality products and really knew their stuff! Then when my vacuum had a problem I brought it back and they fixed it really quickly. Amazing customer service amazing products 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Very helpful and knowledgeable owner and staff, I come here for model train layout supplies and they have everything you need, and if they don't they'll order it in for you. I've never bought janitorial supplies here but I guarantee they're high quality as well and the staff equally helpful. 6 out of 5 stars because they're the only hobby store of its type in the area and prices are very fair
