I was a patient of this practice's predecessor for many years and last saw my pediatrician in 2015 before my insurance required me to switch providers. In 2016, after learning that my pediatrician had retired, I contacted the new practice to request my medical records so they could be transferred to my new doctor. As mentioned by another reviewer Dr Richardson is impossible to get in touch with. My appointment was a month ago and I’m still trying to get him to call in the prescriptions he promised to send in. Also I have been sent 2 bills that my insurance company had to contact for incorrect coding. I’ve never felt so ignored by a doctor. I’m wondering if I should contact the Md medical board about his lack of follow up
Very unprofessional. I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early and receptionist made me wait outside until 8:00. After opening the doors she wanted me to fill out paperwork that I could’ve filled out while I was waiting. Then told me I had 10 minutes to finish or my visit would be cancelled. Not to mention I watched Dr. Strange Richardson sitting in his car playing with his phone at 8:00 and my appointment was at 8. If I could I’d give them a 0.
