Very unprofessional. I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early and receptionist made me wait outside until 8:00. After opening the doors she wanted me to fill out paperwork that I could’ve filled out while I was waiting. Then told me I had 10 minutes to finish or my visit would be cancelled. Not to mention I watched Dr. Strange Richardson sitting in his car playing with his phone at 8:00 and my appointment was at 8. If I could I’d give them a 0.

I was initially happy with the doctor however he was tardy on prescription refills and was next to impossible to get in touch with. On top of that I was over billed for services that were not rendered and have been fighting with his billing team and my insurance company to get it right. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable doctor who returns the phone calls and emails of concerns with the patient and doesn't play billing games. My first visit to Dr. Leonard A. Riçhardson was both informative and surprisingly pleasant. I visited the location at 90 Painters Mill Rd. I had difficulty locating the elevator. I was told to stay and someone would come to get me. A warm, couteous man met and directed me to the office .Later, I realized, he was Dr. Richardson! Recently my beloved doctor retired, so I was definitely uneasy about finding a new one. Dr. Richardson was patient! I think I'm going to trust him with my Healthcare.
I was seen by Dr. Richardson. He was thorough and very professional. We discussed my physical goals current health situation. Dr. Richardson will be my primary care physician and I will certainly recommend highly.
