My wife has emailed the address provided. It’s been 1 week. No response. Ghosted. Pathetic. unacceptable. Unprofessional from a family practice we trusted and ‘values our feedback’
He took over 4 days to treat for UTI. His staff did not indicate how long results would take and didn’t state they wouldn’t give me an antibiotic until results came in until start of day 3. I complained and asked for a different medical assistant going forward and was terminated. Further his staff started stalking me on LinkedIn and Facebook right after. I have never been misinformed and mistreated by a doc and his staff. I
Dr. Leonard Hoffmann shows interest in his patients the office is very clean the build is handicap, friendly, the staff is polite. Most of all the wait time is awesome.
Came with chest pain and left with chest pain and no path foward
