Primary care DR. Staff is great and use nurse practitioner. Recommend
Dr Hoffman listens, investigates & helps me get through illness/injury. He offers insight when my decisions are complex, orders labs to exclude or find the root causes & his referrals to providers when necessary have been valuable.
Dr Hoffman has been my primary for many years. He is very proactive and always wants to be involved in patients well being. Highly recommend
