The worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve had with any doctor. Avoid this man unless you are a straight, white, white collar man. And even then, there are better doctors probably anywhere. Pick one of those.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Brzozowski. He took the time to answer all my questions and did a wonderful job with my surgery!
I met with Dr. Brzozowski after testing positive for breast cancer following a biopsy. During my pre-op appointment, Dr. Brzozowski was very kind and thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The surgery went very well and during the post-op office appointments, Dr. Brzozowski took the time to explain the pathology report, and what procedures were to follow, and, once again, answered all of my concerns. One of the worst experiences with any doctor. He was rude and condescending and felt like he didn’t need to answer any question more than once. He made us feel so uncomfortable. If he can’t be respectful when the patient is awake how could he be trusted during surgery. He came in yelling at us after we asked for a second opinion. It was like we were in a twilight zone, I’ve never been experienced anything like that before.
Pretty disappointed in the entire staff here. I was listing off my medications to the nurse who literally stopped taking them down after 3 listed. Dr. Came in and told me “I’m not feeling the love on this surgery”. I showed him the letter saying how I needed this surgery done. Unfortunately my case is rare and if the doctor did some research he would see that everyone with a hyperkinetic gallbladder literally needs it out , he would’ve been more compassion and willing to help me out.
