Wow.. one of the worst experiences ever at a hospital. People in the E.R lobby are very rude and gets upset when you ask simple questions. They need to send extra help at night time. They always giving you the run around and dont know what response to use. Something must be done here. Very upsetting. Wish I can give it a ZERO for overall experience. This is the only hospital that does not know how long is estimated wait time...
One of the slowest ER’s. Entry level staff are unprofessional and rude.
I found the wait time excellent. I found that the care that they gave me was very good. I think everyone in the ER deserves a raise
The worst ER in the world. I took my wife in for chest pains and she couldn't breathe and we sat in the lobby for 2 hours. Meanwhile they let the food deliver person go in the back, telling us they were on lockdown. Never again
Wait time has always been the worst kind of wait time I was sent here for a emergency but it takes two hours and still haven’t been seen yet and then want you to pay
