I was looking for a new PCP and saw Kassis had great ratings. Unfortunately, they dont seem to accurately reflect on how his office is practicing today (clicking through a few of them, many appear to be bought/farmed reviews, as indicative by many 5 star reviews from accounts that have very few reviews or accounts that only give 5 star reviews). This review is about the office and not Dr Kassis I had a credit card on file (company policy) but requested it be taken off because their billing department billed my insurance INCORRECTLY . My insurance denied the erroneous claim from this office and the office immediately charged my credit card without notice or attempt to ascertain why the denial. Office never answers phones or messages. Doesn't even answer pharmacy request. Stay away as this place is very unprofessional
Office and staff and all ever efficient and friendly. Dr. Kassis is a great doctor. We recommend this office and staff to anyone looking for a primary care or even urgent care clinic. They are very helpful and not overly priced.
