I’ve been seeing Dr. Ginzburg for many years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and takes the time to answer questions without ever making you feel rushed. He’s someone I genuinely trust, which is why I’ve continued going to his office for so long. The entire experience with his staff has always been positive. I highly recommend Dr. Ginzburg to anyone looking for a skilled physician who truly cares about his patients.
Do you want a doc that charges you for not seeing you? One that you have to spend YEARS fighting those charges, and then charges you $100 for not just paying the first fraudulent charge? Office staff has absolutely ZERO regard or compassion for their patients. Swapped their apps which caused payment issues and never contacted patients. Spoke to billing which have confirmed this to be an issue with multiple patients. Made an emergency appointment for an illness. Was never told I needed make a specific payment upon setting my appointment.
