The staff were professional and down to earth. From meeting with Emma at the planning/sales process to the visitation and funerals, the processes were always smooth, flawless, dignified, and lovely. The biggest pro was being allowed to identify the deceased before burial/cremation. Other funeral homes charge $300-$500+ to view and visually identify a loved one. Absolutely wonderful experience. My husband and I first dealt with Leonard Funeral Home when our infant daughter passed- they were wonderful and compassionate, but not somewhere we thought we would ever have to encounter again. Fast forward, my sister in law passed and her young 20 some year old sons were lost. We brought them here and they were again nothing but compassionate.
