We had five oriental rugs of different sizes with pet stains and some moth damage that needed cleaning. The team came to our home in Memphis and carefully moved the furniture to pick up the rugs. The crew, including Ross and Nolan, showed up right on time and quickly assessed the situation in my condo. They began the carpet cleaning right away, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. We had an urgent need for carpet cleaning and someone answered our call right away and saved the day! We chose same-day service, and while it cost a bit more, it was definitely worth it and still a better deal than the big carpet cleaning companies! They arrived on time, were understanding of our situation, and treated our home with care. Most importantly, they did an amazing job. The carpet not only looked much better but also smelled fresh. We are very thankful for their work and will definitely be using them again.
