This is absolutely the worse place ever. Long wait times, rude staff. Doctor will hold on to results for months before disclosing results. This place should be reported and shut down.
This place over books patients knowing they cannot fit everyone in. They don’t care about the quality just the quantity. I have come to several appointments where I have waited for over 2 HOURS after my appointment to be seen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I had an appointment today at 10:00 am, came early and told them multiple times I am scheduled to be at my job at 10:30 and they didn’t care . It’s 10:50 and I still haven’t been called. I’ll highly advise you making an appointment on a day that you’re fully free because not gonna lie they do take long even if you make an appointment. Most of the time it’s like an hour wait or 2 hours. The long wait is the only thing I’ll complain about. I’m giving it 3 stars because Dr Ebo has been really informative with my results and very attentive with my needs.
