This office did my closing after recent home purchase in August of this year. Mr Rogers told me and my wife that we would receive copies of all the closing documents. As to date after several requests for these documents we are still without them. Not sure what the problem is but his office lady said they have been too busy. It’s been four months and still waiting. So if I had a choice I would never use Leonard Rogers office again.
