As others have mentioned, the doctors are good, but the front office staff is incredibly dismissive, rude and seem to not like what they do for work. Patient satisfaction is not important to these group of women. Do not ever expect to get a call back about issues of concern, even with important issues like test results, prescriptions etc. When concern is raised about lack of communication, you are told to contact the office manager because they don't deal with that.
