Great place
Do not call these people if you need a tow. Look for somewhere else in Richlands or Grundy. These people charged me $350 to tow my vehicle 4 minutes. 4 minutes, 2 miles, $350. Shame on you
I just wanted to say I had a fantastic experience. From the time my truck was towed by Leonard's from the accident scene that night to the moment I picked up my truck after it was repaired. They placed me in a rental vehicle, and they took care of everything dealing with the insurance company which is so frustrating. Don’t use this company if you only have liability insurance my vehicle was towed a total of 11 miles and I was charged 1120.00. If I hadn’t paid that bill everyday it set in the lot it was 65.00 a day. Called surrounding companies and they don’t charge this if you only have liability on your vehicle. When Bill was questioned about the price he was not professional. You are also charged for an extra person regardless of 100.00 of them helping with the tow, and I never even seen anyone beside the man that picked up our vehicle... read more
