Beware, this company is completely incompetent. Do not use!!! Terry recently did an appraisal on my property. It was completely inadequate and filled with erroneous information. She only spent about 20 minutes at my home for the full appraisal and did not take any physical measurements to verify the dimensions of the property (square footage).
