We had to put our sweet dog down about a week ago. Dr. Smith and the whole staff were amazing! They made the process a little easier. We got our sweet Bella’s paw print back with the sweetest card everyone signed. Thank y’all for making this process a little easier and special.
The entire staff was very kind and they even made me laugh. Little did they know, I was so nervous taking my fur baby to the Vet! They reassured me that he would be well taken care of and they treated him with respect even though he was a little feisty! The ladies in the front office are very nice. Twice, I have been gouged on medications sold to me by this place. I do not have a problem with any place making a Fair Profit but when you charge me $15 for ONE 5 MG Melatonin tablet for my dog that is a problem. Last year I took Daisy in to have a small cyst removed from her neck. All went well until they sold me a small tube of ointment for $83 that I found on Chewy (not prescription) for $24.
