I had a wonderful experience with Accolade Plumbing Company. The technicians arrived on time and worked quickly, courteously and professionally. In addition, the office kept in touch with me throughout the entire experience of setting up the appointments, letting me know when the technicians would arrive, etc. I would highly recommend them.
The tech got me scheduled quickly and was prompt in arriving. Mr. Booth was very thorough in solving my problem and what was to needed fix it. I will definitely call Accolade Plumbing Company again if I need assistance again in the future. Very professional and good customer service! 5 stars!!!
I have called over to Accolade Plumbing Company a handful of times the past few years and every time I do, they are always professional, alert and knowledgeable. As much as I like to think I know everything, I have found great comfort in relying on Accolade Plumbing Company when I call as they kindly and gently disavow me of any belief I am the one who should be working on my plumbing. Janet has been great at walking me through the issue, ensuring a technician takes care of it, and leaving me with plunger free plumbing.
I manage commercial property and have worked with many plumbers over the years, Accolade Plumbing Company is by far the best company I have ever worked with, they are reliable, honest and good at what they do. The person in the office is also a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend them.
