Office staff are so pleasant and helpful, and Dr. Feitell has such a lovely manner with his patients. Very attentive and listens to what you have to say.
Dr. Feitell has been my doctor for multiple years, and my father's doctor for 30+ years. My dad has had 5 hart attacks and thanks to Dr. Feitell he is still here! Love his entire office staff, especially Kathy. Can not say enough good things about him.
Never saw the doctor because the office staff was horrible 😕.
A few minutes ago, I stood up abruptly, cancelled my appointment aloud and stormed out. Why? One receptionist was not wearing a mask at all and the other kept taking hers off. The one who took my paperwork even took her mask down while I was at her window to ask me something. I jumped back. And the the doctor himself, when he emerged to speak with the two receptionists had his mask down.
