I first met Leona in 2006, during one of the most difficult periods of my life. Within the same period of time, I lost my mom and my relationship of 11 years came to an end. I am so so grateful for Leona! She is lovely, kind and a brilliant health practitioner. She has helped me resolve some chronic digestion issues that I felt pretty hopeless about. She was able to suggest some dietary changes that brought incredibly fast results and I finally feel like myself again after two years of dealing with long COVID symptoms.
