Giving this company 1 star is honestly a compliment. The customer service is an absolute joke. I’ve been trying to place a simple order for two months, and the rude woman who answers the phone — along with whatever sidekick she has beside her — clearly couldn’t care less. They act like helping customers is a burden. And not shocking at all that they only have a 3.5 rating — it actually makes perfect sense after dealing with them.
