Dr. Leon Watkins is the Absolute most unethical Dr. I have ever been to and had surgery with. One reason I chose him was because he was in my network with BCBS. I had the highest insurance payment monthly because I knew I was going to have surgery and wanted the lowest out of pocket co-pay. I had the surgery January 7th 2022 and he performed it at Harvard Medial which he owns at least a portion of and is in the same building as his office.
