Dr Kao and his staff surpass any possible rating system. Dr Kao was extremely caring and attentive to all my concerns. He was very detailed in explaining his diagnosis. He provides notes for you to take explaining his plans of action. My visit was a first class experience and superior to any other provider. His staff is very punctual, caring, and efficient. Hands down Dr Kao is the best and has my highest recommendation.
Amazing provider. Listens carefully. Choses course of actions carefully as far as testing methods and treatments. Attentive to patient's needs. Great with children: explains in a precise and understandable manner to parents and the child. Very helpful with providing the support young Anaphylaxis patients need with notes and communications with school and school districts. We feel fortunate for our child to be under his care. His office is equally wonderful.
Dr kao goes above and beyond to take care of my daughter.He is very detailed,attentive and patient.If you need a doctor to take care of your allergy case and live in Germantown, MD area then you are in luck.The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful.You can't regret your visit, a trial will no doubt convince you.
Excellent Doctor. Takes time and really listens to parents regarding their observations and specific concerns. Responds with information and game plan. Parents and patients never made to feel ignorant! Really respects patients and parents! Finally! A doctor that does that!
Dr. Kao helped me tremendously when I developed a severe allergic reaction. He and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. Has my highest recommendation.
Excellent service and very caring doctor. Highly recommend to everyone. He went above and beyond my expectations and answered all my questions I had about my child.
Dr. Kao has seen me on two different occasions, for hives that no other doctors could figure out. He came up with a game plan to make sure the hives would not show up any more and make my day to day living better. Great allergist who cares for his clients!
