I’ve never received bad service from them..they always take care of me...
Took car may 6. Said it would be ready 3 weeks n nothing. Bobby said he'd pay out of pocket rental but now he doesn't remember. Spoke with an employee off the record and he stated that Bobby tells them to say he's at lunch or out of office but no call backs. He said its a crooked company. And this is an employee mind you. It's ok. Karma always comes knocking. Guess they weren't brought up with principles.

Horrible customer service!! Don't recommend this place that all! I took my car to be fixed. They took 2 months to do a simple paint repair on my car. They kept asking money to my insurance company. I had to paid a rental car because of they delays. They told me they will help with the rental, at the end they never did. The manager "Bobby" is a big liar.
