I have been going there for 13 years. They have really been great for all my medical needs.
I love my PA-Hicks. But I’m very frustrated with the MA’s and front desk. The last 8 months or so including this week, it’s difficult or impossible to speak with or communicate with the MA by phone or messaging. This week and today, I’ve been unable to speak with them about my med refills. Today the front desk put me on hold almost 15 mins and no one came to the phone. Have not seen Dr. Jennings yet, but have seen 2 pa's and both have been great. Also called in for lab results and they guaranteed me someone would call and well after closing time around 6pm pa Hicks called me and answered all my questions and took his time with me and did not rush me off the phone. My wife and I are very happy with Dr. Jennings and his staff.
5 Stars!! My daughter had previously sought a primary care doctor in Houston because she goes to school there. And she was treated like a number and not a person. But Dr Jennings and his team of professionals made her feel seen and heard 1,000 %. I cannot thank them enough for their approach to medicine and caring for the individual.
