I was referred here due to having a complicated situation with my tooth requiring a root canal. The entire experience from scheduling, the actual procedure, and finally making payment was seeemless and painless. The team took care of my tooth and kept me informed all the way. Very professional and courteous staff. The location is very nice as well.
Though my procedure seems to have went successfully, I would not go back to this establishment. When I attempted to advocate for myself multiple times as I was in pain during the procedure, I was not met with compassion or the slightest bit of concern and was ultimately dismissed. There’s only so much you can say to stand up for yourself when you’re in the middle of getting a root canal but an endodontist with good bedside manner and a little compassion would have made all the difference during my visit.
It’s was a root canal !! You know if you know!! They did a great job !!
Leon River Endodontics was an exceptional experience. I had a tooth requiring immediate attention, and they were able to accommodate me promptly. Dr. Thayer performed excellent work on my tooth, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend Leon River Endodontics to anyone seeking dental care.
