Needed to get a motor tested, so I called to verify they would be able to test it, and was told no problem. After dropping off the motor they had it for almost two weeks.The only time I was updated was when I called to follow up so I eventually picked up the motor and took it elsewhere so I would have heat before we ran into the holidays.
Very friendly folks answer the phone. We know the summer is busy, but not all a/c companies are dealing with the mass aount of calls pleasantly. They even called me back when an appointment came up earlier.
Awesome people. Great follow up. They stand behind everything!!! Class act
