I injured my knee and had an appointment booked and an hour before someone from the office called and left me a voicemail that there was a mistake and my appt was a week later. After calling back, I was told there was not a scheduling mistake, but rather doctor just said he was leaving early so he wouldn't be able to see me at noon!
