Came in person ready to buy a f720, expecting an actual location as seems to be advertised, despite my calls earlier in the day being sent to a full voicemail. Seems to fit with the rest of the reviews from months ago... Walked up to the storefront around 2:30pm, locked and lights shut off, boxes, parts, and misc other things scattered around. A black f720 in its box front and center, exactly what I came to buy, but it seems I've wasted my time.
Worst customer service ever, I have been playing email tag with NCM about a rear hub wheel replacement for my Moscow which I bought here, they sent me the wrong size, when I got the correct size, after first ride the Hub casing separated from the motor cover, making the wheel useless. Sent it back, but before doing so I took a video for my records. Now NCM are refusing a refund or replacement, they literally stole $280+ from me, telling me it's not under warranty? Won't respond to phone calls for parts don't buy from this company.
Quite possibly the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. I needed parts for my NCM electric bike and despite 10 calls with several messages left over a 1 week period, I never reached a human being or got a return call. They might be good at selling bikes, but good luck with service after the sale. No one there appears to be doing their job.
