I have taken my bike in and contacted all of the local dealers in Vancouver and have found to my dismay that none of them are set up to test or repair my specific model of the ncm bike. (This is the Moscow M3). My battery is no longer accepting a charge and I have an extremely expensive bike that is not working. This has been extremely frustrating experience and I feel reflects poorly on the company as they have disappeared from my city and left me high and dry in regards to my warranty. Pathetic Customer Support! Honestly, I have experienced the worst ever 👉🏻“Customer Support” from Leon Cycle Canada. They might be good at selling their ebikes, but as per my personal experience, they have the worst/below par Customer Support. By default, I have to leave a ⭐️; actually, they don’t deserve a single one in my case. 💡(Will mention the details and add the photos 🔜).
Purchased a C7 online, in March 2022, quick delivery easy assembly. I took it to a local bike store to have the gears set up correctly and I'd noticed a clicking from the front brakes. I asked the local shop and they said the brake rotor was out of line. I put up with the clicking for a while then it started to spoil the enjoyment of a ride.
