There are people in the world who don’t have the ability to communicate with other humans. They just don’t have the social skills to interact with society. This guy is one of them . I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Chen. I went in with ear pain and was diagnosed with a mild outer ear infection. Despite my ear canal already being swollen and painful, my ear was irrigated during the visit. Afterward, my symptoms became significantly worse. I experienced terrible pain and was unable to sleep properly for three nights. I had a great experience with Dr. Chen. He saw me quickly, was very attentive and thorough, explained everything clearly, gave me helpful recommendations, and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable during the visit. Highly recommend Dr. Chen!
