Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable. He was super sweet and accommodating with my son, who really dislikes being checked by doctors. We were seen fairly quickly, not a long wait.
Went to him because he was the only one who had an appointment asap. Very dismissive and felt rushed says he didn’t see the mass I was talking about when multiple people can confirm it looks abnormal. Didn’t want to hear what I had to say about my history with my tonsils. Will be going somewhere else. Wasted time and money.
Jenny and shelly .the receptionist were very nice . Dr leon chen was very pleasant and professional .he helped me .with the right treatment . Sabina the Audiologist was pleasant .patient helpful and very nice .thank you all .
Dr Chen is an excellent doctor who remedied my ear problem. The office is efficient and all staff professional
The technician was great; she was thorough and helpful, a skilled listener. The doctor was not.
