Great doctor Very delicate answers all questions
I didn’t read the reviews until the day of my appointment when I was looking up the directions. After reading the horrible reviews I was so nervous.Once i met Dr Chen all nervousness went away. He was so warm and patient with me. He answered all questions I had and I had a lot.
I am sharing this to ensure other families are informed before scheduling. I would not recommend this provider. Dr. Leon Chen saw my nephew, Nate, who is on the autism spectrum and was experiencing significant discomfort due to ear wax buildup. Nate has sensory sensitivities, particularly with unfamiliar physical contact. During the visit, Dr. Chen attempted to treat one ear but demonstrated both verbal and visible frustration and was unable to complete treatment. Terrible bedside manner. He seemed very annoyed when dealing with neurodivergent children and made a comment stating “when I deal with normal children” they keep still. I will never return to this office.
