I found Dr Chen to be very impatient and annoyed by me asking questions He acted as if i was wasting his time definitely not a people person I left without an exam horrible experience
Ignore the negative reviews. He was great. Friendly, informative, and thorough. Staff was great too. Not a long wait at all. Very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend
Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable. He was super sweet and accommodating with my son, who really dislikes being checked by doctors. We were seen fairly quickly, not a long wait.
Went to him because he was the only one who had an appointment asap. Very dismissive and felt rushed says he didn’t see the mass I was talking about when multiple people can confirm it looks abnormal. Didn’t want to hear what I had to say about my history with my tonsils. Will be going somewhere else. Wasted time and money.
Jenny and shelly .the receptionist were very nice . Dr leon chen was very pleasant and professional .he helped me .with the right treatment . Sabina the Audiologist was pleasant .patient helpful and very nice .thank you all .
