Dr Chen is an excellent doctor who remedied my ear problem. The office is efficient and all staff professional
The technician was great; she was thorough and helpful, a skilled listener. The doctor was not.
Literally could not have a had a worse and very inattentive doctor as Chen. He did not even check me out, looked at the computer, and dismissed me 1 minute later. I don’t know how he’s even a doctor. He thought I came for sniffles meanwhile it was something else and I told him so many times but he continued to discuss sniffles and then left the room.
