Ford has sensors that regulate the transmission and engine gear ratios. When that goes bad the sensor needs to be replaced, not a transmission. I discovered this after the fact "my transmission" needed replacing. Two different shops said nothing was done. I was charged $1,400 for a 60 dollar part. The owner will sell a "discount" upfront that never exists, refer to you by name numerous times to build trust. Just to go full circle and practice dishonest services. I won't recommend my enemy to this establishment
Good price all the parts for my car
I stumbled upon this place when my car got a flat tire nearby a few months ago. They were very helpful and gave me their business card. Fast forward to now, and as I own an Infiniti, you can imagine service at the dealership costs an arm and a leg after my warranty expired. I took my car in for which they broke down to me what exactly it needed to get done, and the costs of parts. They were quick with the repairs and my car is driving way better.
