Well I just joined and I urge all seniors to come and spend time (with other seniors ) in all sorts of wonderful classes! Exercise class is one of my favorite classes, the music , the laughter, the workout is great fun and boy you feel great afterwords! And you do what you can if you can't lift your leg up... Then don't do what you can! There's a seamstress, you can get your haircut there (at a great price) foot doctors, need someone to talk to? come join us.
