I give this pool 5 stars due to the fact it was open. It took 18 minutes to drive here from the closed Fitchburg pool. It was very clean and nice. Half the pool is only 36 inches deep, which is ideal for little kids, but also nice in general. Max depth is 5ft, 6 inches. I like it better than a lot of other pools I've been to, especially Gardner Greenwood Memorial. Admission was only $5.
This place has gone down hill over the years. The diving board is gone, the slide is gone. It is a big pool where kids splash and annoy everyone around them. The staff had everyone get out as we arrived to check the pool and then said it wouldn't open until 6 when they close at 645 due to the chemicals not being balanced. Once people started asking for refunds, it was ready to go in. Really disappointed.
