Excellent service from Richard took his time to explain things and did everything he promised
Had an appointment to test drive a CX-30, however once we viewed it we decided to not take it for a test drive as it wouldn’t meet our needs. So we ask Neil the salesman we were dealing with to look at the CX-60 and the CX-5. Neil was less than helpful actually from the beginning he was less an helpful. Any question asked of him he didn’t have the knowledge to answer it no matter how simple a question. He had to check information on his computer for every question. Can’t thank Richard enough for his time and kindness when purchasing my car. He was very patient and very happy to answer any questions I had via email and telephone.
