the two people....Billy and his demonic wife....are THE worst humans I've ever met. The wife is always angry and has ZERO customer relations skills. They both seem pretty much on the verge of suicide and make sure to let you know it. The room was nice, but they are both deranged, demonic and doomed psychopaths.
