The bottom of our trash barrel was severely damaged and the Health Department dropped off a new one the day after they received our email. Great communication as well!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The people working in this department will be rude to you for asking questions and needing help. Not just one time either, this has been an issue for about 3 years now. No matter how polite and calm we have been, still rude and not helpful. Now we are finding out they have been giving us a hard time all along when they were instructed to do otherwise by the mayor s office. Very courteous and helpful, had to deal their nurse when I had caught covid a few months ago and she was always very helpful and understanding. Called recently and even know they didn't have the information I was looking for the man spent his time trying to help me find it and was extremely nice. Thanks!
