I would like everyone to know that Leominster City Ambulance does not have a contract with any insurance carriers and they do balance bill. They are trying to balance bill my husband who did not call for this ambulance, but was called by outpatient services. We are covered by the state and it is unlawful for anyone to balance bill a state covered insurance carrier. This message is to inform others who may not be covered by a state insurance.
