The two brothers are great to deal with ...they will give you advice rather than sell you something you don't need ..they take the time to help you and if you can't fix it yourself they are very resonable on the home service calls ...any appliance problem I have... first stop Leominster Appliance
Customer Service is not a department it's an attitude. Leominster Appliance Repair Company is a 5 star company. I recently called about having a micro-wave oven re-painted. That is not a service they provide; however, the gentleman stayed on the phone with me giving me suggestion on how I might be able to locate one. This service was provided at 4:55 on Friday when the store was due to close at 5pm. At no time did he sales pitch me to make a purchase. He continued trying to assist me in solving my problem.
