I had dr sullivan remove my gallbladder..he was so informative and was a great surgeon..I highly recommend him if u need surgery...hes excellent
MVHS Medical arts seems to think quality health care is about getting as many people in and out as fast as possible. I went through their system for surgery a few years ago and dealt with rude check in people to the point of filing a complaint about a specific receptionist there. An administrator decided to follow up on my complaint and decided that the best time to call was first thing in the morning following surgery, when I was heavily medicated and barely able to get out of bed for the phone.
