Dr Margolis has my best interests at hand Going through breathing problems is a scary experience. Currently going through different breathing treatments. He is patient and actually calls back found that amazing. Thankful he gives you samples to try first which is good as pharmacy always has to order Doesn’t give up on you. His entire staff is friendly and finds the answer you need to continue and receive stellar healthcare. Finally have a complete health care team. Means a lot to me
Overall great experience. I have to say I was pleased that I was not rushed at all. Staff is very friendly and will help you with any concerns you have.
The doctors were great but the staff is hit and miss. The first person that brought me int a room, Kat, I believe was completely unprofessional. The girl who gave me my breathing test, whose name I didn't catch, was fantastic. There is a dark haired girl at the front desk was so rude and dismissive I had to leave without making a follow up. I don't think she even noticed as she was on her cell phone the whole time and never looked up at me. Dr. Leo is absolutely incredible. He is so thorough and really listens and gets to know his patients. He always makes sure he covers all of my questions and concerns before I leave and truly cares. I don’t think I have ever seen a doctor who is so wholesome.
Dr Margolis starts with the least invasive method and escalates treatment as warranted.
When I moved to Long Island from PA I googled and found Fink Family Medical. We remained patients of Dr. Fink from 2001 until 2018 when I relocated to SC. Prior to leaving I had a physical and Dr. Fink sent my urine for blood work...just as a precaution. That SAVED MY LIFE! I recently had a partial hysterectomy due to a mass the size of a grapefruit in my right ovary. Thankfully all was benign but I dread thinking had Dr. Fink not submitted my bloodwork what would have happened. THANK YOU
Make sure when you book a new patient appt you call the office the next day to make sure appt was actually scheduled. Call the office in March to book new patient consultation, was on the phone for 10 min picking out a day that would work with my schedule, collecting my information, waiting 3 months for that appt, only to find out when I arrived in the office this morning that the appt was never scheduled. Being told next available appt with Dr Fink is in Oct! I'll be looking for another PMD
YOUR RECEPTIONIST IS VERY NASTY / RUDE !!! I ADVISE YOU TO GET A NEW ONE FOR THIS OFFICE! BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM
