Our usual cleaning woman was having surgery so she'd be out a few weeks so I needed to find a cleaning service for our 3,000 square feet home. After shopping around, I settled on Leo Maids. I was quoted $240 for a 2 hour job but it ended up being close to a 3 hour job. I will say the 2 women who came to clean did a great job overall. They did a great job in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Had a move in cleaning today, was suppised to be priced for move in/move out service for 250 in 2 hours. Price was not a problem and they changed it to 2.5 hour estimate. The checklist shows all these things they were aupposed to clean on their website. That checklist is entirely for show. They did a good job with appliances and they mopped the floors but they ended up taking 3.5 hours for 1000 square feet almost entirely empty house and they didnt even wipe down any walls or base boards.
